# Who It's For

Find your track — borrower, depositor, developer, or institution.

Credit Coop's documentation serves four audiences. Pick your track:

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>🏦 Borrowers</strong></td><td>You run a payment company, card program, or other business with predictable onchain settlement flows, and want a revolving credit facility secured by those flows — not your balance sheet.</td><td><a href="/core-concepts/secured-line-of-credit.md">Secured Line of Credit</a></td></tr><tr><td><strong>💰 Depositors &#x26; LPs</strong></td><td>You want yield backed by real payment activity. Deposit into a Lending Vault, hold vault tokens, and earn returns generated by borrower interest and fees.</td><td><a href="/core-concepts/vaults.md">Vaults</a></td></tr><tr><td><strong>🛠 Developers</strong></td><td>You're integrating a borrower's contracts with the Spigot, building on the vaults, or reading protocol state. Architecture, contracts, and the Platform API live here.</td><td><a href="/developers/introduction.md">Introduction</a></td></tr><tr><td><strong>🏛 Institutions &#x26; Partners</strong></td><td>You're evaluating the protocol as an allocator, curator, or strategic partner. Participant roles, fees, servicing, and legal reference material.</td><td><a href="/user-documentation/v2.md">User Documentation (v2)</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

Not sure yet? Start with [How It Works](/start-here/how-it-works.md) — ten minutes gives you the full picture.

Whatever your role, the Core Concepts section is the shared foundation: the [Secured Line of Credit](/core-concepts/secured-line-of-credit.md), [the Spigot](/core-concepts/the-spigot.md), [Vaults](/core-concepts/vaults.md), and the [roles that operate them](/core-concepts/secured-line-of-credit/secured-line-of-credit/roles-and-permissions.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.creditcoop.xyz/start-here/who-its-for.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
